When you place an order:

• CZEN Electric reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
• Order confirmation does not guarantee availability; we will notify you if an item is out of stock
• We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer

All prices are in AED and may change without notice. We accept:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available nationwide
• Bank Transfer — details provided at checkout
• Online Payment — coming soon

Payment is due at the time of delivery (COD) or before shipment (advance payment). We reserve the right to cancel orders with fraudulent payment information.

Delivery terms:

• Free shipping on orders over AED 150; AED 200 flat rate on smaller orders
• Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of confirmation
• Delivery within Pakistan typically takes 2-5 business days (major cities faster)
• CZEN Electric is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or other force majeure events
• Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order

Products carry the manufacturer's official warranty. Warranty terms vary by product and brand:

• Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase (this invoice/receipt)
• Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, or physical damage
