CZEN Electric offers a 7-day return policy on most products from the date of delivery. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Eligible Returns
The following situations qualify for returns/exchanges:

- Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered)
- Product does not match the description on our website
- Product arrived with missing parts or accessories
- Product stopped working within 7 days of delivery (manufacturing defect)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items returned after 7 days from delivery date
- Products that have been installed, modified, or altered
- Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper installation
- Products without original packaging or with missing accessories
- Consumable items (e.g., batteries, fuses) once opened
- Special-order or customized products

Pack & Ship
Pack the item in original packaging and hand it to our courier or bring to our store
Refund/Exchange
Receive your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days of us receiving the item

- 💳 Online Payment: Refund to original payment method within 5-7 days
- 🏪 Store Credit: Instant store credit voucher available upon request
Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges for defective or wrong items. For size/model changes, the difference in price (if any) will be charged. Exchange is subject to product availability.
